Your fourth run should match your first

Finding a factory is easy. Finding one whose fourth production run matches its first is the hard part, and it is what buyers tell us went wrong with their last supplier. Colours drift a shade. Measurements move half an inch. The updates stop once the deposit clears.

We run it the other way: lab dips approved against a retained standard before bulk, dye lots logged per style, a sealed sample kept on file for every reorder, and one named contact sending production photos on a fixed day each week — from purchase order to shipment.

  • Low minimums so you can test a style before you scale it
  • Sealed sample retained and matched on every reorder
  • Pantone matching, including hospital-mandated shades
  • Itemised quotes: fabric, make, trims, branding, freight
What we do

Four ways to have scrubs made, and the work behind all of them

Private label, OEM, wholesale supply and branding-only are not tiers of the same service. They differ in who owns the pattern, what the minimums are, and how much of the timeline is yours.

Private Label Scrubs

Your brand on proven blocks. Woven labels, hang tags, care labels and branded packing, shipped under your name.

OEM and Contract Production

Pattern developed to your tech pack, fit sessions, Pantone matching, and a design that stays exclusively yours.

Wholesale and Bulk Supply

Volume pricing on proven styles, shade held across staggered deliveries, split shipping with per-site packing lists.

Embroidery and Logo Branding

Embroidery, screen print and heat transfer, with a physical stitch-out approved before any production piece is branded.

Fabric Sourcing and Development

Poly-cotton, poly-spandex, 4-way performance and cotton-rich, quoted at a stated weight rather than a vague description.

Quality Control and Inspection

Fabric test on arrival, in-line checks, finished-garment inspection, and a pre-shipment sample against your sealed standard.

Custom wholesale medical scrubs

Every garment below is available for wholesale, OEM and private label customisation, in your fabric, your colour and your branding.

From quote to carton, in five stages

Each stage produces something you can check: a priced quote, a sealed sample, a weekly photo update, an inspection report, and documented cartons.

01

Quote and costing

Send quantities, styles and branding needs. You get an itemised quote back within one business day: fabric, cut-make-trim, trims, branding, packing and freight priced separately, so you can see what is driving the number.

02

Sample and seal

We cut a production sample in your fabric and colour. Once you approve fit and shade, that piece is sealed and retained as the standard every future run is measured against. Sample cost is credited to your bulk order.

03

Bulk production

Lab dips matched to the sealed standard, dye lot recorded per style, tops and bottoms cut from the same lot on sets. Production photos every week from your named contact.

04

Inspection

Four gates: incoming fabric test, in-line check, finished-garment inspection, then a pre-shipment random sample checked against the sealed standard for stitching, measurement tolerance, shade and branding placement.

05

Pack and ship

Poly-bagged and cartoned to your spec with your labels and packing lists. Split shipments to multiple sites, full documentation and tracking.

The production process

The stages your order actually passes through

Six points on the floor, from laying up fabric to labelling the cartons. Photographs go in these slots — nothing here is a stock image.

Standards we work to

The grades are in your quote, not on a badge

We would rather publish what you can check with us than a row of logos every competitor also carries. These are the test methods your colour and construction are held to, written into the quote before you commit.

ISO 105-C06Wash fastnessColour held through repeated laundering, including industrial cycles. The grade is written into your quote before you order.
ISO 105-X12Rubbing fastnessDry and wet crocking, so colour does not transfer onto skin, linen or a patient gown.
ISO 105-B02Light fastnessResistance to fading under prolonged light, tested rather than assumed.
AQLFinal inspectionStatistical sampling at the final gate, with measurement verification against your graded spec.

Made for your brand
From labels and logos to colour matching and sample approval — customise the details that make your scrubs yours.
